During this session, you will be guided through a series of gentle stretches to release tension from your muscles and promote relaxation. Through visualization exercises, you'll learn to quiet the mind chatter and cultivate a sense of inner calm. We'll also explore the power of breathwork techniques to bring awareness to the present moment and soothe the nervous system and body for restful sleep. 

As a highlight of the class, immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, experiencing their harmonious tones as they resonate through your body, promoting deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
