Meeting Rooms

The Library has 3 meeting rooms available for public use which are available, without charge, to organized non-profit associations, tax-supported institutions, and government entities holding a meeting or event that is both free and open to the public. Individuals, study groups, tutors, etc. may use the Crandall and Holden Rooms on a walk-in basis or reserve a study room. See the Public Meeting Room Policy for full details. 

Meeting rooms may be reserved up to 60 days in advance. Requests are processed Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm and should be placed at least 48 hours in advance. 

 

Study Rooms

The Library offers 3 small rooms on the second floor designated for quiet study or small group work (The Trek Lounges). 1 sound dampening Booth is available on the first floor and is designated for patrons needing space for telehealth calls, zoom meetings, online proctored exams, etc. or patrons needing ADA accommodations. Individuals may reserve a study room or Booth for a maximum of two hours per day. See the Study Room Policy and Walk-In Meeting Room Use for full details.

Study room and Booth reservations may be made up to one week in advance, and users are allowed one reservation per day. Users must check-in at the Park Entrance Reference Desk.
