You’ll follow along to mainly original routines, designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving. With a setup like interval training, you’ll be grooving to the beat, breaking a sweat, and feeling the burn in no time. Best part? No dance experience necessary! So come join the fun and let’s turn up the heat together! This is a beginner no experience required class and we welcome any beginners and abilities- if you’re a seasoned dancer you can enjoy this class as well!
BRING/WEAR:
Any workout clothes you’re comfortable in.
Sneakers (no street shoes, carry in and change!)
Water bottle with water only.
