Program Description
Event Details
This faux stained glass technique puts the creation of easy, inexpensive - but still attractive - stained glass objects within the grasp of most people. It uses readily available materials and requires no special talents or skills to produce outstanding results. Patrons will make a 4x6 project with a hot air balloon theme to match the Balloon Festival weekend. Presenter will provide all material, included a custom frame.
