Join Craig and Tamsen MacDonald from Glens Falls Tae Kwon Do for an introduction to Tae Kwon Do. Kids will enjoy a skills demonstration from current students of all ages, followed by a short class of basic moves and techniques where they can gain confidence while having fun. For kids in grades 1-5.
