Banjo Variant plays old-time Americana - fiddle tunes, country blues, songs of the Carter Family and originals steeped in traditional sounds. The band is Frank Orsini on fiddle, Dan Hubbs on Banjo, JP Hubbs on keyboards and very special guest Angelina Valente on vocals and ukulele.
Folklife Live & Local concerts are scheduled for the 6 Wednesdays of Take a Bite in downtown Glens Falls. You'll find the bands under the trees of City Park in front of the Library.
These concerts are hosted by the Folklife Center of Crandall Public Library and funded in part by the New York State Council on the Arts supported by the Governor's Office and the New York State Legislature.
