This presentation covers the interconnected nature of our body systems and how they influence how we look and feel. We aim to teach evidence-based self-care practices to improve one’s daily routine and support long-term health. Many people accept daily feelings of stress, tiredness, and fatigue as normal, but it doesn't need to be this way. With slow, intentional changes towards an anti-inflammatory diet, daily movement, consistent selfcare, a balanced gut microbiome, and natural medicine it's possible to improve energy levels, prevent skin/hair issues, and overall feel better daily.
