Learn Lap Dulcimer with Dan Duggan

In this two-part class, kids will learn to play the fun and easy lap dulcimer from award-winning musician, Dan Duggan (with an assist from the Folklife Center's Kevin Rogan and Miss Emma from the Children's Department).

The second class—from 1:30 to 2:30 on Thursday, August 7th—will conclude with a short performance for family and friends. Snacks will be provided.

This free program is for children between the ages of 10 and 13. The library will supply the instruments. Contact Emma at erogan@sals.edu to register.
