Event Details

In this two-part class, kids will learn to play the fun and easy lap dulcimer from award-winning musician, Dan Duggan (with an assist from the Folklife Center's Kevin Rogan and Miss Emma from the Children's Department).

The second class—from 1:30 to 2:30 on Thursday, August 7th—will conclude with a short performance for family and friends. Snacks will be provided.

This free program is for children in grades 2 and up. The library will supply the instruments. Contact Emma at erogan@sals.edu to register.
