Program Description

Event Details

Join us for an hour with half the class designed to gently move your body, connect your breath, and quiet your mind. The other half will be to find stillness, relax and release giving your body giving yourself permission to rest. Guided meditation, breathwork and sound bowls are weaved into class to help restore your nervous system.
