No experience necessary or drawing skills required to create this gorgeous 8x10 shimmery glass painting which combines several artistic techniques including a forgotten 19th century art form called Tinsel Painting. You will be painting on glass with foil applied to make a transparent/translucent image that sparkles. All materials including the 8x10 fame provided.
