Dr. Marybeth Mitcham will share her knowledge and resources about safe foraging for wild plants and fungi found in our area.  Following the lecture we will take a plant identification walk around the trails/grounds so dress for the weather.  This event will be held at the Dancing Grain Farm Brewery in Moreau, New York.
