Dr. Marybeth Mitcham prepares several tastings using foraged plants as she shares her knowledge about safe foraging for local wild plants and fungi. Resources on plant identification & their applications along with recipes are provided. *Meet at 377 Schroon River Road in Warrensburg at the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Warren County kitchen.
