Sign up for this walking/reading group series based on the Blue Zones Power 9 concepts. Participants will meet with fellow community members for a morning walk, followed by a discussion about the the assigned reading. Readings will focus on the Power 9 topics of connection, outlook, natural movement, and eating wisely, which are proven to lead to longevity and vitality. Once you register, you will be contacted with a schedule of locations and reading assignments. 

Each meeting will take place at a different location in the Glens Falls, Queensbury, and Moreau region. Meetings will be twice a month from July - September on the following Fridays from 8:30am-10am:

July 12th & 26th

August 9th & 23rd

September 6th & 20th

Registration is open for all dates. Attendance at all meetings is not required.
