Preschoolers can stretch, move, and relax in this fun and engaging Preschool Yoga session! Designed for ages 3-5, this class combines simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, and gentle music to encourage movement, mindfulness, and creativity.
Children in Kindergarten and up are invited to come practice reading skills with Beatrix, a certified therapy dog. Kids will choose a book and read to the dog one-on-one during a 15 minute time slot. Beatrix is a great listener!
