Each month we will highlight different ways the Library can support homeschooled families. Kids will be able to ask questions and work with a librarian to help support their educational goals.

Children in Kindergarten and up are invited to come practice reading skills with Abby, a certified therapy dog.  Kids will choose a book and read to the dog one-on-one during a 15 minute time slot.  Abby is a great listener!  Please

Visit the Children's Department any time from December 23-January 5th for our Snowman Scavenger Hunt!  Find all of the parts of a snowman hiding in the library, then use our art supplies to put it all together into a fun picture!  

Start an early love of reading with our baby story time!  Join us for stories, rhymes, songs, and play time.  Enjoy a special time with your baby and connect with other caregivers.

Participants attending will create a faux stained glass owl suncatcher complete with frame to hang at home. Come join us for this free program! For ages 9-14 years, registration required. 

Kids in grades K-6 are invited to join us for our weekly free art program.  Enjoy a different open-ended art project each week featuring a variety of art styles and materials.  No sign up required.

Colgate University's first gender-inclusive a cappella group returns to Crandall for the 7th time to perform while on their January Tour. Doors open at 6:30 for this free, 7pm show in the Community Room.
