Week Calendar

Families with children birth to age 3 are invited to join us for stories, songs, fingerplays, and more. We'll be outdoors in City Park, so please dress for the weather and bring a blanket or towel to sit on.  

Get seeds and consult with a Master Gardener. The Seed Library is also open Wednesdays from 5-7 pm at the Reference Desk and by appointment any time with Autumn.

Preschoolers can stretch, move, and relax in this fun and engaging Preschool Yoga session! Designed for ages 3-5, this class combines simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, and gentle music to encourage movement, mindfulness, and creativity.

Already done with your classes or looking to de stress during finals? Come join us in the teen center for some videogaming! We will have a Nintendo Switch set up in the teen center with Mario Party or another simple to learn nintendo switch game.

Start an early love of reading with our baby story time!  Join us for stories, rhymes, songs, and play time.  Enjoy a special time with your baby and connect with other caregivers.

Learn to play the joyful Hawaiian instrument, and feel the magic of making music with others!

Tweens ages 8 through 12 come celebrate the end of school with some videogaming! We will have a Nintendo Switch set up in the Children's Activity Room with Mario Party or another simple to learn Nintendo switch game.

Kids in grades K-6 are invited to join us for our weekly free art program.  Enjoy a different open-ended art project each week featuring a variety of art styles and materials.  No sign up required.  

Learn photography from professional photographers and exhibit your photos in the Library's Folklife Gallery. Canon t6i digital cameras are provided for this free program. For kids ages 10-13 years.

Meet in the Teen Center to play (or learn) dueling card games like Magic the Gathering and tabletop games like Blood on the Clocktower, Dread, or Clue.

Think fast, strategize smart, and piece it all together! Join us for a Jigsaw Puzzle Chess Competition, where your skills in both logic and problem-solving will be put to the test!

Monthly group for people in their twenties. This month, librarian and artist Emily will be coming in to do some drawing games to inspire your creativity. No skill required!
