Sign up for this series of walking/reading group meetings and complete the Blue Zones Challenge. The challenge is designed to help you adopt the lifestyle habits of the worlds longest-lived people. Each registered participant will receive their own copy of the book, The Blue Zones Challenge by Dan Buettner. Meetings are scheduled from January - April. Registration is required.

Starting on February 14th, registered participants will meet with fellow community members every other Friday for a 30-40 minute group walk. Following the walk, there will be a 30-40 minute discussion of the pre-assigned reading from the book. 

Once you register, you will be contacted with a schedule of locations and reading assignments. 

Each meeting will take place at a different area location including the Aviation Mall in Queensbury, Moreau State Park, and others. Meetings will take place on the following Fridays from 8:30am-10am:

February 14th & 28th

March 14th & 28th

April 11th & 25th 

May 9th & 23rd

Participants should plan to attend all meetings. In the case of cancellation due to weather, meetings will be rescheduled.
